Your first aromatherapy treatment includes a confidential consultation which will enable me to select a blend of oils for your individual treatment.

Swiss Reflex Massage This is a foot massage incorporating reflex points on the feet. Following assessment, the massage is tailored to your individual needs, with the effect of harmonising the body's natural balance.
This is an ancient ayurvedic massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The massage helps to release muscle tension to soothe and comfort. Ayurveda treats the whole person, not just the disease, and emphasizes disease prevention.
