About me

Having qualified as a nurse in 1976, I specialised in the care of the elderly and developed an interest in caring for the dying patient and their families.

This led to an interest in counselling and I gained a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 1992.

In 1998 I began work as a Bereavement Counsellor in a general hospital where I still work on a part time basis.

Since qualifying as an aromatherapist I have become increasingly interested in nutrition and its role in our overall well-being.

I have worshipped at Holy Trinity Church for 20 years and have become involved in baptism preparation and in puppetry.

I am married and have a teenage son.
